1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing emon78 or creating an account, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and any future amendments published on the Platform.
• You have also read and accept the emon78 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or entity.

3 Eligibility

Access to emon78 is strictly restricted. You are eligible to register and use the Platform only if all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. emon78 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under this age.
• You are a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of emon78 or any of its affiliated technology, payments, or gaming-content partners.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or permanently excluded by emon78 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or problem-gambling register that prohibits you from accessing online betting services.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active emon78 account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multi-account registrations using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities is strictly prohibited. emon78 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a Player found to have registered multiple accounts, and to void any winnings derived from those accounts.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering your account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. emon78 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your emon78 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify emon78 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

emon78 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or when account activity triggers our internal risk controls. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or government-issued photo ID, together with proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending document receipt.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

emon78 supports the following Indonesian Rupiah-denominated payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed exclusively in IDR. No currency conversion is applied by emon78, and no third-party processing fees are charged by the Platform.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the emon78 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. emon78 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to the Player's emon78 Wallet Balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances where a deposit is delayed due to banking system maintenance, confirmation will be processed within two (2) hours. emon78 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party banking or payment infrastructure.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours under standard operating conditions. Withdrawals may be delayed where:

• The Player's KYC verification is incomplete or pending review.
• The withdrawal request triggers anti-money-laundering screening protocols.
• The withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements.
• There is a discrepancy between the account's registered payment method and the destination account details provided.

emon78 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawals will only be approved to a payment method registered in the Player's own name, consistent with the name on the emon78 account. Third-party withdrawals — transfers to accounts held by a different person — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotions offered by emon78 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and any game-contribution weightings are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Players are advised to read all bonus terms carefully before claiming any offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

emon78 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit from a bonus; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; systematic low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, emon78 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings generated from it, and to close the Player's account.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds and free-spin credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account balance without compensation.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on emon78 — including single bets, accumulators, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) wagers — are subject to the emon78 Sportsbook Rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Odds are displayed in decimal format. emon78 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error, where the event outcome has been manipulated, or where the bet was placed after the event's result was already determined.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games, including Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and game-show titles, are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by the studio's certified RNG or physical dealing procedures. emon78 is not responsible for studio-side technical failures; in such cases, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

7.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG-based games available on emon78 are supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are certified by independent testing laboratories and available upon request. emon78 does not manipulate individual game outcomes.

7.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets available on emon78 are governed by the draw schedules and result-determination rules published within the togel section of the Platform. Results are derived from official or certified draw sources. Disputed results must be raised with emon78 support within 24 hours of the draw.

7.5 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, server error, or platform outage during an active game round or live bet, emon78 will endeavour to resolve the outcome in accordance with available data. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the relevant bet stake will be returned to the Player's account. emon78 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8 Responsible Gaming

The Platform's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time controls, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — are available to all Players from within the account dashboard. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on emon78 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets.
• Colluding with other Players, emon78 employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification controls.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including reclaiming bonuses or evading a self-exclusion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing emon78 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the emon78 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of emon78 or its licensed content partners. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of emon78.

The grant of access to your emon78 account does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, emon78 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

emon78's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

emon78 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

12 Privacy & Data

emon78 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

emon78 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, maintains secure server infrastructure, and does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, game-content providers, and regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by Applicable Laws.

13 Suspension & Account Closure

13.1 By emon78

emon78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player's account activity presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• A regulatory or law-enforcement requirement compels account action.
• The Player has provided false or unverifiable identity information.

Upon account closure by emon78 for a material breach, any remaining Wallet Balance net of fraudulent deposits will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, less any applicable fees or offset amounts. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all closure scenarios.

13.2 By the Player

You may request permanent closure of your emon78 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining Wallet Balance will be transferred to your registered payment method after standard withdrawal processing and KYC checks are completed.

14 Amendments to These Terms

emon78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, emon78 will publish the updated Agreement on this page with a revised Effective Date and, where practicable, notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms & Conditions take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which emon78 holds its international gaming licence. These laws apply to the fullest extent consistent with Applicable Laws in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent emon78 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud or intellectual property infringement.
